Job Summary
The EM Assembler II performs a variety of assembly operations for electrical and mechanical products with 50-80% supervision. Responsibilities include working from detailed written instructions, assembling and fabricating using various tools, interfacing with Engineering and Quality Assurance, learning new product builds, and integrating diverse components. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, PC hardware and software experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to analyze problems. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with experience, prefer technical school
- Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality
- PC hardware, software installation and configuration experience
- Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to analyze problems and offer solutions
- Clean room environment experience a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with complex panels, multiple components and large wire run lists
- Experience with large-scale capital equipment
