Job Summary
Plan, execute, and oversee ELV projects from inception to completion while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage resources effectively and procure necessary materials. Supervise the installation and commissioning of structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems, conducting regular site inspections for compliance with ADMC regulations and safety standards. Troubleshoot technical issues and prepare documentation for regulatory approvals. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget. Requires a degree in electrical engineering with 4-5 years of GCC experience, a valid UAE driving license, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ELV projects in the GCC region
- Extensive knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, and access control systems
- Valid UAE driving license
- Comprehensive understanding of ADMC regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
