Job Summary
Account Support Executive responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle within a designated sales territory, overseeing deal progress, ensuring timely execution, and acting as a central liaison among Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. Drive execution of complex, high-value deals in line with internal policies, track procurement and invoicing requirements, manage renewals, support redlining and documentation, monitor region-specific processes, and provide cross-functional advisory to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate deal terms. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience navigating cross-functional environments, familiarity with CRM/ERP tools, and proficiency in Japanese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support, account coordination, or a similar administrative role
- Fluency in Japanese (native) and English (business level)
