Elks Temple Pub Assistant Manager (AAM)

Assist in all pub operations under the guidance of the Pub Manager, performing opening and closing duties while acting as host and overseeing shift execution. Assign sections to servers, serve guests by taking orders and collecting payments, and manage point-of-sale systems. Maintain and breakdown service areas, regulate labor, and oversee side work and cleaning duties. Train staff, handle personnel and customer service issues, and troubleshoot problems during shifts by reporting to the Head Manager and District Manager. This role requires hard physical work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment for full-time hours with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
