Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly to provide personalized service and drive sales through suggestive selling techniques. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations and store cleanliness. Demonstrate ownership by taking initiative on personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities while building genuine relationships to foster loyalty. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and inventory tasks, ensuring compliance with asset protection and safety protocols. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
