Job Summary
Develop and maintain a growing set of applications and features while contributing across the full technology stack. Analyze problems and existing architecture to develop scalable solutions, optimizing for performance and load changes related to growth. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third parties to manage complex, data-heavy systems, ensuring high attention to detail for edge cases. Leverage strong problem-solving skills to design and build applications that support scaling, working closely with serial tech entrepreneurs to change the status quo.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Elixir/Phoenix, etc.
- 2+ years of automated / unit testing experience
- An excellent team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience with designing, building, and scaling an application to support load changes related to growth
- Comfortable in dealing with complexity, lots of moving pieces, coordinating with third parties, and cross-functional teams
- Exquisite attention to detail, ability to identify and solve edge-cases
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
