Job Summary

In-home security sales professional responsible for creating customized Smart Security solutions for residential customers. You will leverage a strong sales background and focus on delivering a 5-star customer experience by meeting homeowners face-to-face for on-site reviews of security options, guiding them to a tailored ADT-monitored package, and driving the process to close with uncapped commissions. The role includes receiving customer leads (no cold calls or door-to-door), paid training, company-provided equipment, and support from an Inside Sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact with customers in their homes, demonstrating and installing security solutions, with opportunities for career advancement and exclusive commission opportunities (average earnings highlighted in recent years). Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a smartphone/tablet; remote-independent work environment also noted.
