Job Summary
Elite Fleet Travel Yard Driver role requiring CDL A. Back 48’–53’ trailers, spotter/switcher/hostler duties, and travel across the U.S. on a true travel position. Perform high-volume yard moves, drop & hook with no freight handling, conduct yard audits and pre/post-trip inspections, and operate yard trucks/day cabs at various customer sites. Expect extended hotel-based assignments, travel up to 80–100% of the time, and professional adaptability to different sites, teams, and locations. Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A
- 18 months verifiable experience
- Proven experience backing 48’–53’ trailers to dock doors
- Yard jockey, spotter, switcher, hostler, local, or OTR experience may qualify
- No preventable DOT accidents in the past 3 years
- Clean Clearinghouse and acceptable PSP
- Ability to travel for extended assignments
- Ability to work different shifts, climates, and locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
