Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families in Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing", "Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)", "Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
