Job Summary
Manage high-value transactions as an inbound Platinum Banker at the branch. Service walk-in customers, generate leads for New-To-Bank clients, and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits, Mutual Funds, CASA, and Gold. Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across branch operations and coordinate/support branch audits. Authorize and verify entries, review end products, and clear transactions of ₹10 lakhs and above. Act as vault custodian and ensure secure handling of branch assets while delivering service excellence and maintaining team coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in branch banking
- Knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements
- Ability to authorize and verify entries
- Strong customer service and cross-selling skills
