Job Summary
Elite Banker to manage and grow relationships with high-value household clients in a branch banking setting. Responsibilities include outbound engagement via cold calling, networking, and referrals; developing and presenting customized financial solutions and wealth-management strategies; maintaining regular client communication on market trends and investment performance; collaborating with specialists to deliver comprehensive banking experiences; performing needs analysis and providing tailored investment and estate planning advice; staying compliant with regulations while achieving individual and team sales targets. Requires 3-5 years in relationship management/private banking, a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred), strong sales and communication skills, and familiarity with banking CRM systems. Mumbai-based role within Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Branch Banking-Relationship Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private banking
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies
- Proficiency in banking software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively
