Job Summary
Elite Banker to manage outbound relationship with high-value household clients in branch banking. Responsibilities include outbound sales via cold calling, networking, and referrals; develop tailored financial solutions, investment strategies, and banking products; maintain regular client communication with updates on market trends and investment performance; collaborate with other relationship managers and specialists to deliver holistic banking; conduct financial needs analysis and provide wealth management and estate planning advice; stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes; attend networking events to grow the client network; ensure compliance with banking regulations; achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, preferably with a focus on household clients
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client relationship management
