Elite Aesthetician (San Francisco)

Elite Aesthetician to drive spa service bookings and brand presence across a defined territory. Responsibilities include performing luxury facial treatments, delivering advanced skincare services, executing brand events and consumer demonstrations, providing professional education and training to spa partners and internal teams, and delivering in-field support to increase brand awareness, treatment adoption, and retail performance. Travel approximately 70% within the assigned territory and to support national events, product launches, and education summits. Key activities include training spa partners on treatment protocols, promoting service activation and promotions, planning and executing brand events and masterclasses, delivering engaging skincare demonstrations, supporting in-store promotions, and collaborating with sales and retail partners to maximize bookings and ROI. Requires advanced knowledge of facial techniques, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols, plus strong relationship-building and presentation skills to engage customers, retailers, and spa partners while upholding luxury brand standards.
