Job Summary
Elite Aesthetician responsible for luxury skincare brand experiences, performing luxury facial treatments and advanced skincare services, driving spa and treatment room bookings, and delivering brand events and professional education. Will educate partner spas, trainers, and internal teams on product knowledge, skincare science, and treatment protocols while supporting retail partners and in-field activities to boost brand visibility, treatment adoption, and bookings. Travel approximately 70% within the assigned territory and to national events; collaborate with sales teams and retailers to maximize attendance and ROI, maintain brand standards, and deliver high-touch luxury experiences. Must have a valid aesthetician license and strong skills in skincare techniques, education, relationship-building, event execution, and brand storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Aesthetician license in good standing in home base state.
- Travel up to 70% within assigned territory and support national brand events, product launches, and education summits.
