Elite Aesthetician (Chicago)

Elite Aesthetician responsible for delivering luxury facial treatments and advanced skincare services, driving spa service bookings, executing brand events and education sessions, and providing field support to increase brand awareness, treatment adoption, and retail performance. Will train spa partners on protocols and product usage, educate retailers and internal teams, plan and execute brand events and demonstrations, and travel up to ~70% within the assigned territory to support partner spas, national events, product launches, and education summits. Must build relationships with spa partners, retailers, and internal teams, maintain brand standards, and stay current on skincare science and ingredients. Requires an active aesthetician license and strong presentation, education, and sales skills; travel-heavy role with a focus on delivering high-touch luxury experiences and driving bookings and revenue.
