Job Summary
Elite Account Executive in a hybrid outside sales role across major U.S. markets. Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through close, focusing on new business acquisition with a consultative, value-driven approach. Travel to in-person meetings daily with restaurant and bar owners, conducting 1–4 meetings per day, and manage a defined territory with a ~45–60 minute radius. Collaborate with Customer Success post-sale while maintaining accountability for deal quality. Demonstrate a track record of top performance with quota attainment and leadership in hunter-driven environments. Thrive in autonomous, field-based roles and tailor messaging to operator goals, especially within the restaurant/service industry. Ensure a strong standard of professionalism and execution for the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years closing experience in SaaS/marketing/high-velocity full-cycle sales
- proven top performance with quotas
- comfortable with in-person field sales and territory management
- ability to own entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- experience in consultative sales with small business owners
- willingness to spend significant time in the field
- strong business acumen and messaging tailored to operator goals
