Includes informing clients of rights and appeals, making referrals to Social Services and community resources, and providing guidance on completing forms.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus 2 years of study at a 2 or 4-year College with emphasis in the Behavioral Sciences or Business
- Qualified Eligibility Workers with Health Care and Long-Term Care experience
