Job Summary
The Eligibility Evaluator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, conducting, and reporting results of eligibility assessments for mental health programs. Key responsibilities include completing assessments, maintaining daily communication with the Clinical Director, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Candidates must have a Master's degree, an active LPC or LCSW license in Louisiana, and maintain CANS Certification. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and access to reliable transportation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree required and active, unencumbered license (LPC or LCSW) to practice Mental Health in the state of Louisiana.
- Maintain active CANS Certification
- Ability to learn and become proficient with The Clinical Manager (TCM) database and other required databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented.
- Access to reliable transportation.
