Job Summary
Coordinate eligibility and enrollment for subsidized programs by calculating family fees, verifying client information, and managing application workflows. Process pre-employment clearances including physicals, TB tests, and background checks while maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with program requirements and assist with client communications regarding enrollment status. Requires a valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and US work authorization. Apply via letter of interest to HR; position open until filled.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record
- Must have a valid CA. Driver's License
- Must have a registered and insured vehicle
- Must have basic mathematical skills to calculate the family fee
- Must have at least two (2) year experience working in an office environment
- Must have AA/AS Degree or higher or 60 units
- Must have 2 years Eligibility & Enrollment work experience in subsidized programs
- Must have a pre-employment physical
- Must have current TB clearance
- Must have Background and employment verification clearance
Desired Qualifications
- AA/AS Degree preferred
- preferably with the completion of 24 ECE/CD/HD units
