Job Summary
Coordinate daily UAx activities with partner institutions, managing logistics for online and in-person events including travel and accommodation for Ukrainian participants. Support participant onboarding by sharing practical information and ensuring smooth communication, while assisting with the launch of the UAx Abakanowicz Fellowship. Draft project content in English and Ukrainian to support visibility, and handle financial reimbursements by tracking required documentation. This 6-month, 32-hour weekly internship begins September 2026 in Amsterdam, offering compensation of €400 monthly plus travel and remote work allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education qualification (up to 2-year graduates) or current enrolment in Social Sciences, Education, Arts Management, International Development, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in Ukrainian and English
- Excellent writing skills in both Ukrainian and English
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks across multiple parallel activities
- Self-motivated

- Strong attention to detail
- Critical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across different national and cultural contexts
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands (according to Dutch Labour Law)

- Interest in contributing to the development of tools for educational resilience in crisis situations
- Previous experience in arts education or cultural projects
