Job Summary
Manage Service Bulletin (SB) and Prescrizione Tecnica Ditta (PTD) processes by collecting requirements from originators, analyzing "as design" and "as built" configurations for in-service helicopters, and gathering technical documentation. Engage suppliers, monitor time and costs, and coordinate with the logistics department for spare parts availability. Support SB validation remotely or at customer premises, facilitate internal dispatch and comments, and handle final approval and official release. Provide support to Service Engineering and logistics regarding SB/PTD queries and assist Reconfiguration Engineering in defining internal and supplier costs for customer requests. This Junior role requires a Bachelor's in Aerospace/Mechanics Engineering, experience in the aeronautical sector managing technical documentation, and knowledge of EASA/EMAR regulations. Fluent English is essential. Hybrid work is offered in Cascina Costa (VA) with a 13th-month salary and performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanics Engineering
- Experience in the Aeronautical sector for the management of technical documentation (either drawing and technical publication)
- Experience in the Aeronautical sector (preferably operating in Engineering or Maintenance)
- Knowledge of Aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR, ...)
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Proactivity and self-motivation
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Strong orientation to work in team
- Ability in problem solving
- Ability to manage time and to handle multi-tasks and priorities in time critical situations
- Multi-cultural awareness
- 1–3 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
