Job Summary
Performs preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production and support machinery in assigned area, including changeovers on production machines. Provides mentorship to Operators and Technicians, assists engineers with new products/processes, and adheres to safety, ISO, and plant regulations. Works a rotating 12-hour night schedule (including weekends/holidays) and uses protective equipment; requires high school diploma/GED, basic English proficiency, and at least one year of manufacturing-equipment experience. Hazardous Waste Management training must be completed within six months and annually thereafter; overtime and extended shifts may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of verifiable experience with similar manufacturing equipment
- Must pass mechanical aptitude evaluation
- Basic computer skills to navigate documents
- Hazardous Waste Management training within six months of employment and annually thereafter
- Ability to read and write English to perform required tasks
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift including weekends and holidays
- Safety training and compliance with PPE and safety rules
