Job Summary
Prepare technical documentation for dimensional part inspection, including methods, operative sheets, and CMM programs, based on drawings and applicable standards. Support Production by clarifying instructions, resolving non-conformities, and managing documentation for inspection departments and subcontractors. Generate descriptive and graphical instructions, determine task execution times, and evaluate requests for tooling or method changes. Identify investment proposals for activity optimization and interface with workshops to promote problem-solving and quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering (master degree)
- 1–3 years of experience
- English B1/B2
- Knowledge of Helicopter components and parts
- Knowledge of Specific technical documentation
- Knowledge of Structural characteristics of commonly used materials (steel, aluminum, carbon fiber, etc.) and machining tolerances
- Knowledge of Industry regulations (specific ISO standards, EASA, ENAC, safety, quality, etc.)
- Knowledge of Organizational communication
