Job Summary
Conduct cost deployment data analysis to scout improvement initiatives and support production plants in expediting identified projects. Collect ongoing initiatives, evaluate economic impacts, and track adherence to plans while identifying risks and escalating where necessary. Develop and conduct periodical reviews to drive permanent change through problem-solving sessions that determine metrics, troubleshoot root causes, and define implementation plans. Promote plant-by-plant continuous improvement roadmaps and lead training workshops to drive cultural change. Submit your CV within three weeks of the job posting date.
Required Qualifications
- Scientific bachelor's or master degree from an accredited University
- previous experience in manufacturing (within continuous improvement, quality or manufacturing engineering) or in project management and in process optimization and/or implementation of Kaizen-projects
- good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- good problem solving, analytical and leadership skills
- good communication skills, both verbal and written, and team leading capabilities
- capability to work in multicultural environment
- proactivity and self-motivation
- ability to overcome obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- ability to build collaborative working relationships
- upper-intermediate command of the English language (B2 level)
- office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- willingness to travel
