Job Summary
Install and service emergency phone equipment for customers in the area market, handling initial installations, maintenance, and repairs to ensure safety and security needs are met. Manage installation projects and coordinate with customers while scheduling work independently. Travel throughout the area to complete duties, utilizing a company-provided service vehicle. Maintain a clean driving record and hold a current Elevator Mechanic License. This role supports Kings III's mission to provide critical communications services that save lives, serving commercial and multi-family real estate owners with 24/7 dispatch support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years experience installing and/or repairing elevator telephone and emergency telephone equipment
- Must hold current and valid Elevator Mechanic License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to schedule work and coordinate with customers
- Ability to manage installation projects and complete in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and quality
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and drug screen
