The Elevator Service Sales Representative is responsible for estimating, negotiating, and selling service and maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators. This role requires retaining current maintenance agreements through exceptional customer service and selling on factors beyond price. Candidates should provide technical support, deliver effective sales presentations, and offer basic elevator consultations. A high school diploma is required, and a BA/BS in engineering or business is preferred. The role mandates at least 5 years of sales experience and 1 year within the elevator industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
