Job Summary
Elevator Operator II at Bunge in Morristown, IN responsible for operating the grain elevator for loading, unloading and transferring grain and grain products efficiently, safely and sanitary. Will assist or lead in all aspects of grain handling, storage, facility/equipment maintenance, and elevator operations. Daily duties include loading/unloading for truck and rail, operating advanced grain handling equipment (grain dryer, control room, bin sweeps, locomotives), housekeeping, equipment repair, documentation, grain receiving/weighing/grading, and other duties as assigned. Requires safety-focused mindset and the ability to lead others and collaborate with facility personnel. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; preferred 2–4 years of experience in maintenance, equipment operations, safety programs, grain operations, and agricultural experience.
