Job Summary
Receive and load out grain in a safe, efficient, and traceable manner at Beiseker's global facilities. Bin and trace grain varieties while performing elevator maintenance and housekeeping. Operate safely in all weather conditions and complete other routine duties as assigned. Some travel between sites may be required. This role supports Malteries Soufflet's supply chain operations across 41 facilities in 20 countries, ensuring grain handling aligns with sustainability goals and safety standards for industrial and craft brewers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Preference will be given to those applicants with post-secondary education
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in grain handling, food processing or manufacturing
- High degree of mechanical aptitude through apprenticeship or job related experience
- Previous safety training
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work alone or in a group
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Some travel between sites may be required
