Elevator Attendant

Respond to guest repair requests and communicate with customers to resolve maintenance issues. Inspect elevator operations to ensure safety, coordinate with vendors for repairs, and load, transport, and unload freight using hand trucks. Order, inspect, store, mark, pack, and unpack stock items while filling out requisitions and obtaining manager approval. Follow all company and safety policies, report maintenance problems or hazards, and complete required training. Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and enter work-related information using computer systems. Move objects weighing up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
