Job Summary
Luxury Concierge support at Bloomingdale’s elevated selling environment (South Coast Plaza). Acts as a partner to Personal Shoppers, Stylists, and Luxury Sellers by delivering product information, coordinating luxury orders, online look books, and access to sell-through tools to close sales and satisfy customers. Requires navigating elevated luxury transactions, strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse groups, ability to use multiple devices, and a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/holidays. 1-2 years related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with team members to drive the client experience and support sales execution.
