Job Summary
Elevate your urology career in a busy, established practice in Harker Heights, TX, joining a high-volume team with a strong referral base. Clinic 2 days/week plus OR 2 days/week with dedicated OR block time and da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system; nurse practitioner support; on-campus clinic with procedure-ready facilities. Use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation and improve patient flow. Early career physicians encouraged to apply. Compensation includes base salary plus wRVU production incentives, CME allowance, sign-on and commencement bonus, relocation allowance, malpractice coverage, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, marketing and practice growth support.
