Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage spa reservations, and handle check-ins and check-outs while reviewing spa protocols and recommending products. Create customized experiences for inquiring guests, process payments following proper cash handling and billing procedures, and sell retail items with confidence. Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform, including closed-toed shoes, and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and inventory events. This role requires standing or sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly. The Spa Concierge at Old Edwards Inn and Spa serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a lasting impression through exemplary telephone skills and organized service.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma
- Must be bright
- Personable
- Ability to work well as a team

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
