Job Summary
Elementary Title I Reading Tutors provide small group intervention to students at one of the elementary buildings for the 2026-2027 school year. Requires a K-12 reading endorsement and a master's degree with a major in reading or literacy, plus a passing Praxis (5205) and an applicable license (PK-3, 4-9, or K-12 intervention specialist) issued after July 1, 2017. Part-time roles run 5.75 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with health benefits not included. Location: New Philadelphia, Ohio. Responsibilities include delivering small group reading interventions and supporting student achievement in reading.
Required Qualifications
- K-12 reading endorsement
- Master's degree with a major in reading or literacy
- Praxis 5205 (formerly Praxis 5203)
- Applicable license (PK-3, 4-9, or K-12 intervention specialist) issued on or after July 1, 2017
