Elementary Tennis Program Coach

Job Summary
Teach beginner-friendly Tennis/Pickleball sessions for elementary students (grades K–5) at various Bay Area school sites. Responsibilities include teaching Tennis classes (1 class per day on After School; 8–16 students per class), attending a 2-day training or shadowing session, taking attendance, managing sign-ins, interacting with parents/school staff, and capturing a few class photos for documentation. Programs run through Summer Camp (June–August) and resume After School Program and Saturday Tennis Clinics from September onward. Equipment is provided. Schedule options include after-school hours (1–5 PM), summer sessions, and Saturday clinics; extension possible for late shifts. Must be able to work in-person at Bay Area locations; positions require local residency and US work eligibility. A focus on creating a fun, active, and supportive environment for young beginners; strong tennis experience is preferred but not mandatory. Certifications (USPTA/PTR) are a plus, and candidates should demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and class management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Good communication and class management skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports
