Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, energetic, and positive Coaches to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 5–10 (Grades K–5) at schools throughout the Bay Area. All lesson plans and equipment are provided. Our goal is to create a fun, active, and supportive learning environment for young players. Responsibilities include teaching classes using company lesson plans, managing groups of 8–16 students, creating a safe and positive learning environment, attending a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session, taking attendance and managing student sign-in/out, communicating professionally with parents and school staff, taking class photos for program documentation. Requirements include 19+ years old, coaching/playing experience preferred, USPTA/PTR certification a plus, valid driver’s license and own vehicle, ability to work in the U.S. (in-person Bay Area), TB test and Live Scan background check, and providing a photo and short bio for the company site. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and sponsorship is not available. This role offers part-time schedules across morning, afternoon, and Saturday clinics in the Bay Area with programs for Summer Camps, After School, and Saturday Tennis Clinics.
Required Qualifications
- At least 19 years old
- Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
- Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S.
