ELEMENTARY TEACHER (Kindergarten)

Classroom instruction for Kindergarten students in Ball, LA under the supervision of the principal and assigned evaluators. Plan and implement instructional programs, develop learning objectives, differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs, maintain classroom routines, assess student progress, provide timely feedback, manage instructional materials and records, and support a positive learning environment aligned to Board-approved curricula and state standards. Responsibilities include using a variety of teaching techniques, conducting assessments, preparing lesson plans, and upholding professional responsibilities and school policies to promote student growth and success.
