Elementary Teacher - Intermediate

Meet and instruct assigned classes while implementing Illinois Common Core Standards and addressing individual student needs. Create a conducive learning environment, guide the learning process toward curriculum goals, and employ varied instructional techniques. Respond promptly to parent communication, provide progress reports, and contact guardians regarding students at risk. Encourage appropriate behavior standards, assess learning regularly, and collaborate with RTI, Title 1, and Special Education staff. Maintain accurate records, assist administration in implementing policies, and plan assignments for teacher assistants. Make provision for availability outside the instructional day when required.
