Elementary Teacher (Grade 3)

Elementary Teacher (Grade 3) at Mullen Hall School for the 2026-2027 school year. Plan and teach highly effective lessons, collaborate with grade-level and curricular teams, develop high-leverage relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and implement strategies to support all learners in alignment with state standards. Responsibilities include designing and revising curricular units and proficiency scales, developing daily and long-range lesson plans, advancing equity and supporting multilingual learners (including accommodations/modifications for students with 504 plans or special education services), evaluating student progress, maintaining grading/attendance records, communicating with families and administrators, managing classroom behavior, attending professional meetings, and serving on curriculum committees. Qualifications require DESE MA Elementary 1-6; SEI endorsement preferred; Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred). Preference for experience teaching at the appropriate level and for ongoing professional growth.
