Model professional standards while delivering an educational, supportive, and holistic atmosphere that fosters students' intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth. Organize and implement instructional programs aligned with Wasauksing First Nation and Ontario curriculum policies, establishing clear objectives and adapting methods to meet varying student needs. Observe and evaluate student performance, behavior, and social development; assign and grade work; prepare and administer tests; and develop individualized education plans. Lead classroom activities, supervise volunteers, maintain accurate student records, and collaborate with administrative personnel and colleagues. Meet with parents to discuss progress and enforce behavior procedures using current classroom management techniques.
