Elementary Teacher-ELA (5th)

Plan and execute developmentally appropriate lessons in the assigned content area while differentiating instruction for all students and implementing IEP accommodations. Monitor and analyze assessment data to support informed instructional decision-making, provide timely feedback to students, and maintain accurate records in student information systems. Collaborate with departmental peers to ensure academic goals are appropriate and adjust lessons and assessments as necessary. Participate in proctoring state-mandated testing, school field trips, and community outreach events. Maintain consistent attendance expectations and gather resources to incorporate state standards into lessons and assessments.
