Job Summary
Teach elementary classes across grades, learn Challenger’s curriculum and philosophy, and manage a classroom. Responsibilities include preparing daily lesson plans, teaching classes, grading homework, attending required training, maintaining a safe, productive environment, and communicating student progress with parents and administrators. Opportunities exist for specialized positions (computer, P.E., art, or middle school) if interested. Training to learn our curriculum is provided through a paid teacher training program, after which you’ll be assigned a classroom of your own. A 4-year college degree or equivalent is required; background checks and pre-employment assessments are part of the process.
