Elementary Teacher

Create a classroom environment conducive to learning while supervising students and establishing clear objectives for all activities. Develop continuous progress programs consistent with district goals, assess student accomplishments regularly, and provide progress reports. Plan and supervise assignments for substitute teachers and assistants, evaluate their performance, and communicate with parents through visits and oral or written channels. Enforce school rules and assist the principal with assigned duties. Maintain records, prepare instructional materials, and apply counseling methods to address student academic and adjustment problems.
