Job Summary
Provide direct, one-on-one support to students with special needs, developing and implementing IEPs based on student data with differentiated instruction; collaborate in meetings, PLCs, and supervision; apply behavior management strategies using PBIS and restorative practices; regularly communicate with parents and participate in teamwork to support students’ success in a school setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
- Experience in special education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and passion for helping children succeed
