Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to diocesan and state standards while incorporating Catholic teachings into curriculum and classroom life. Lead students in prayer, participate in school liturgies, and model strong moral values to support their spiritual and academic development. Use assessment data to inform instruction, differentiate for diverse needs, and provide accommodations for students with special requirements. Maintain accurate student records, communicate regularly with parents, and supervise student behavior across all school environments to ensure a safe, structured atmosphere. Collaborate with administration and staff to foster an inclusive learning community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Missouri Teaching Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to obtain a valid Missouri Teaching Certification within three years of employment, if not already certified
- Minimum of one year of teaching or student teaching experience
- Complete and maintain diocesan safe environment expectations
- All employees are required to consent to a background check
- Commit to our Code of Conduct policy
- Complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire
