Job Summary
Elementary Teacher for 3rd grade responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering instruction aligned with the district-approved curriculum; use varied instructional materials to meet diverse learner needs; communicate with parents; participate in PLCs and school committees; utilize technology (e.g., Smartboard) and data to monitor student progress; manage instructional time and student behavior; and collaborate with administrators, teachers, and the community to support student growth and achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college/university
- Must be fully licensed as an Elementary Teacher (00025)
- Strong background in North Carolina Course of Study/Common Core and Essential Standards
- Official transcripts accepted only
