Job Summary
Special Education Teacher position at Ridgeview Elementary School in Colorado Springs responsible for delivering elementary-level special education instruction, meeting Colorado READ Act requirements, and maintaining an active Special Education Generalist license. Requires a BA/BS from an accredited college and a valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in Special Education Generalist; familiarity with READ Act training requirements. 182 contracted work days with benefits (health, dental, vision, leave, retirement plans); online Applitrack application process; district-wide goals for innovative teaching and student support. Starts July 28, 2026 with orientation for new licensed staff on July 24th & 27th. Salary range $50,500 to $101,999 depending on education and experience. EO/EEO statement included.
Required Qualifications
