Job Summary
Provide instruction to elementary students in assigned areas as directed by the Board, Superintendent, and principal. Maintain attendance records, follow state and local course of study, adhere to policies, report student health or welfare concerns, and communicate with parents about student progress. Maintain professional relationships with students, families, and the community; comply with license maintenance and renewal requirements; follow evaluation standards and complete additional duties as assigned by the principal.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed teacher in accordance with state law and Tennessee State Department of Education regulations; license on file prior to employment
