Job Summary
Plan and deliver engaging Spanish language instruction to elementary school students (K-4); develop and implement lesson plans aligned with standards; differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs; use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance language learning; assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families; collaborate with colleagues to integrate Spanish into interdisciplinary units and school-wide events; communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to support student learning and success; participate in professional development to stay current with best practices in language education; demonstrates commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; hold a strong enthusiasm for teaching Spanish language and culture to elementary students; alignment with FRCS mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field
- Proficiency in Spanish language instruction
- Experience with elementary students preferred
- Teaching license preferred but not required
- Authorized to work in the United States
