Job Summary
Lead curriculum mapping, instructional coaching, and professional development for K-5 educators to ensure alignment with state standards and equity-centered practices. Design program reviews, analyze student performance data, and oversee formative and summative assessments to inform instruction and identify trends. Manage program budgets for curriculum, field trips, and training while drafting administrative procedures and interpreting adopted policies. Collaborate with school leaders, state agencies, and community stakeholders to strengthen learning experiences and support inclusive practices. Work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience in K-5 all subjects
- Minimum of three years of Curriculum and Instruction leadership experience
- Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
- Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
- Ability to temporarily serve as a supervising caregiver for relatively brief periods of time on an as-needed basis
