Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the Be Well Initiative, integrating socio-emotional learning and mental health practices into the school's culture. Provide direct services to students and families through individual and group support, including home visits and crisis counseling. Coordinate school-wide efforts to implement RTI, S-Team, and 504 processes while conducting in-service training for staff. Analyze student support data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions for behavior and academic success. Collaborate with behavior teams and family engagement partners to foster a positive school culture and execute community-building events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a K-12 school setting
- Current licensure in School Counseling, School Social Work, or Licensed Professional Counseling (with school-based experience)
- An advanced degree in School Counseling or Social Work from an accredited college or university
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience leading RTI and S-Team processes
- Experience implementing socio-emotional programs or mental health initiatives
- Experience in urban schools
